would like to take this opportunity to tell
you a little about myself. More importantly,
why you should consider me for all your real

I have been providing un-compromising service
to buyers, sellers, and investors in the Gulf
Coast area for over the past 24 years and was
affiliated with the RE/MAX organization since
1997. I recently joined Keller Williams Gulf
Coast Realty. This move was necessary to place
my business directly in the center of my market
place. It will enhance my ability to provide
superior service to my clients. I joined Keller
Williams as a Broker / Vice-President and am
working from the new Gulf Blvd location in North
Redington Beach.
I received my Brokers License in 1990. Prior
to 1997, I owned and operated my own real estate
brokerage company. RSI REALTY; located in North
Redington Beach and sold to Century 21 in 1997.
Prior to entering the real estate business,
I was in the insurance industry and my background
included, personal and commercial lines litigation
along with commercial risk management services.
My real-estate practice specializes in the
Gulf Coast Area , Luxury Gulf Front and Intracoastal
Waterfront homes and condominiums. Commercially,
I specialize in Hotels, Motels, Apartments and
Retail Centers. I do provide investment analysis
and assets management services both commercially
and residentially. I am also a certified tax
exchange advisor, 1031/Starker exchanges, self
directed retirement programs. Recently passing
the States Florida Title Exam to provide expert
closing overview and title compliance to all
my clients. ( it wasn't easy)
My real-estate practice is dedicated to superior
